Orders will typically be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of your payment being approved. Our transit guidelines are: To:
Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
Other NSW: 2-4 working days
Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 2-4 working days
Other Capital & Regional areas: 3-7 working days                                                                                                                                          For Country orders additional charges may apply, please contact us prior to purchasing for Shipping cost if your not in the metro area. Over 90% of Orders shipped by Australia Post arrive within these transit times, and over 95% of orders shipped using our couriers arrive within these transit times. However, if your order has still not arrived after more than 1 Full working day after the end of the specified transit times, please notify sales@heavenlybubs.com  and we will assist in tracking it.

All products purchased from heavenlybubs.com come with warranties and are fully guaranteed.

There are occasionally items that do not work as intended, or get damaged in transit. In the event of this happening with an item you have received, please email our Customer Service team on contact@heavenlybubs.com and give a full detailed description of the problem, as well as your Order Number.
Depending on the problem our customer service team will determine how best to resolve your problem with the minimum inconvenience to you. If it is found that the item you received is faulty then we (or the originating supplier on locally sourced products) will exchange it at no cost to you. If neither heavenlybubs.com, nor our supplier, has any more of the product in stock, then a full refund will be provided.

Heavenly Bubs Delivers Products with Australia Post and the most viable and efficient way to post items is by using their pre-paid parcel post satchels.

500g Prepaid Parcels $6.00

3kg Prepaid Parcels $10.30

Larger items will be more costly due to weight of the product.
